Holistic Wellness Circle invites your family to enjoy a different kind of Saturday morning.

Join us to practice mindfulness and cultivate joy.

For adults

Movement — light stretching with mindfulness of movement

Stillness — short guided meditation with mindfulness of breathing

Insight —  talks on family mindfulness and parenting tips

Heart-talk — structured dialogue calling forth the wisdom of the group

For children

Movement — animal yoga

Creativity — loose parts art with nature

Play — free play in nature space

Quiet time — nature documentary

About Holistic Wellness Circle

Holistic Wellness Circle is a collaboration between Soil and Soul and Cocoplum Nature School, two nonprofit organizations.

Funded by Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, Holistic Wellness Circle seeks justice and healing for families experiencing economic oppression, especially families of color with very young children.

No experience is necessary. All ages are welcome.

We meet Tuesdays 6:00-7:30 pm at Cocoplum Nature School in Delray Beach, and Thursdays 6:00-7:30 pm at Tiger Territory Urban Forest in Lake Worth Beach to generate the energy of group mindfulness.
