Holistic Wellness Circle sessions include three activities and four agreements:
- mindfulness of movement – light stretching with awareness of breathing
- stillness – guided mindfulness meditation
- heart-talk – structured dialogue for healthy connection
- four agreements (inspired by Plum Village and Center for Courage & Renewal) — loving speech, deep listening, no fixing, and confidentiality
Renewing the mind, refreshing the spirit, and energizing the body while their children are cared for nearby allows parents to return to parenting fresh and joyful.
