Holistic Wellness Circle invites you to remember, celebrate, and embrace grace during Autumn Equinox 2023.
Mason Hamilton, funder of Mason’s Vibrations, will guide us through a mindful sound bath for the soul in our precious outdoor setting at Cocoplum Nature School.

Holistic Wellness Circle meets every Tuesday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Cocoplum Nature School to generate the energy of group mindfulness.
Holistic Wellness Circle is a collaboration between Soil and Soul and Cocoplum Nature School, two nonprofit organizations. Funded by the Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County, Holistic Wellness Circle seeks justice and healing for families experiencing economic oppression, especially families of color with very young children. No experience is necessary. All ages are welcome.
